- League Data: BCA membership numbers, skill levels, match scores, and win/loss records.
- Media: Photos or videos taken during league nights at the Rod and Cue Club or Colorado Coal Mine for use on our website or social media.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for league-related purposes, including:
- Managing rosters and the 14-week 9-ball summer session.
- Reporting scores and handicaps to the CueSports International (CSI) for official FargoRate tracking and sanctioning.
- Contacting team captains or free agents regarding schedule changes or league news.
- Displaying standings and rankings on our website.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with:
- CueSports International (CSI): For official sanctioning, FargoRate maintenance, and national tournament eligibility.
- League Members: Limited contact info (like team captain phone numbers) may be shared within the league to facilitate match scheduling.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request to see the contact information we have on file for you.
- Request a correction to your player profile.
- Opt-out of being featured in league promotional photos.
5. Data Security
We implement basic security measures to protect your contact information from unauthorized access. Please note that while we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
